How do you print the apparel?

Many of our imprinted garments are printed using Direct to Garment printing technology -- which means we have a special ink-jet printer that can print directly onto the garment which allows us to use color and detail that would generally be impossible with screen printing; with the ability to also print on darker garments we're also going beyond what can be achieved with dye sublimation.

Also, we can print on a heat transfer material using the same wide format inkjet printer we use for our vinyl, custom contour cut it and heat press it onto fabric -- this is useful in instances with fabrics that won't take a Direct to Garment print or, for whatever other reason, wouldn't be a good candidate for Direct to Garment printing.

For more simple, one color jobs, we can also use a more simple, machine cut heat transfer material.
